I received both hands in quality wrapping and they were both fully intact and look wonderful. I use them to hold some tillandsia (air plants) and I will consider purchasing them again in the future.
One came broken.

Was upset to find one of the holders were broken. Maybe this should be shipped in a smaller box with less room to roll around in, and marked fragile. I'm still giving four stars though, because one of them came intact, and it looks nice and does what it is supposed to do. One is all I needed; Christmas gift for my husband. Is shown holding the Songbird Ocarina from Legend of Zelda.
