This press pot is simply wonderful! And the customer service is outstanding.
Most importantly - its ALL stainless steel and glass, just perfect with no nonsense like plastic or rubber or anything funky getting in between you and your tasty cup of coffee. So there is no interaction or residue or contamination from anything that could alter or harm your coffee beans and you.
The taste is just coffee beans, pure, undiluted, delicious. Im now spoiled forever. And have tossed my Mr.Coffeemaker in the trash, where he belongs.
And since its very high quality, the press pot looks great on the counter top - sleek and shiny.
One last note, when I first bought the press pot, during an accident while washing I cracked the glass when it slipped in my hands. The customer service was incredible, the co-founder of Kitchen Supreme got back to me himself in just one day, messaging me with an apology (even though this was in no way their fault), and immediately sent me a brand new pot, completely free!!!!! I was overwhelmed by how much they care about their customers and so grateful that they are so awesome and attentive and really went through great lengths to ensure customer satisfaction in both the product they have created and in the follow up and impeccable customer service they provided.

I love the creamy taste of coffee made in this French Press and the pure pressed tea. Everything that comes inside the kit is made from premium quality, and the aspect is impressive. The French Press has a thick glass; I doubt it will ever crack from thermal shocks, the stainless steel looks shiny and carefully chosen and ...WHAT I really appreciate at this Coffee Press is the DOUBLE capsulated lid, all made from shiny stainless steel. I hate cheap plastic underneath the lid that is not healthy or just a single metal layer that can burn my fingers. The books you receive are beautiful, and they make this set a successful GIFT IDEA!

I lost so much time searching for a plastic-free product. It felt as if I was never going to find my own French press. Until I discovered that plastic tools become harmful when used to stir hot beverages. I chose this French press because it has a double stainless steel lid! Most are plastic and this time, the plastic is exposed to high temperatures. The scoop is only used to measure coffee. For stirring you use the spoon, which is made of stainless steel! This bundle is perfect, it has everything you need: 4 filter screens, spoons, coffee book and step by step photo instructions. Now, making the coffee is a ritual I follow every day, with great joy! I love my product!

I love coffee! I love its smell, its taste and I usually take it black, with no sugar. I think I've tried coffee in pretty much all the combinations one can think of, but to tell you the truth, nothing compares to the coffee made by my French Press. It is balanced, soft, the smell is unbelievable and the ritual is every coffee lover's dream. Plus and this is a big plus, it comes with four filters. This means that considering the way you grind your coffee, you can choose to use one, two or all of them, making sure that nothing goes through! What you are left with is taste and scent and energy of course!

With all the coffee brewing choices today, I found it difficult to choose a method and equipment for brewing coffee. (I've been making do with instant for years.) Drip, Keurig, French press, fancy-shamancy machines-- who can choose? Because I like coffee everyday, and looking at associated costs with different brewers, I decided a French press would be perfect. In looking for a French press, the one here by Kitchen Supreme appeared to be the one for me, with many satisfied users and a company dedicated to great coffee.
The unit and accessories are not only well-made, but also are pleasant to have on the counter (and go well with my stainless appliances). This French press is easy to use and clean.
Kitchen Supreme does a great job of providing clear instructions for the French press, and emails a .pdf manual for complete use and care for the unit. The recipes look very tasty, if you're looking to go uptown with your java (haven't tried them yet). The unit is also very easy to clean (it can be put in the upper rack of the dishwasher, but I handwash the unit. Excellent value for great coffee!
