I am truly enjoying this kitchen work island. I use it daily for chopping up veggies and preparing meals in my very small kitchen, and it has been extremely useful. In fact, this unit alone has made my kitchen actually a good place to be!
It was fairly easy for me (alone) to put together. The only difficult / time-consuming part of assembly was screwing on the wood top, which required contorting one's wrist and fingers in difficult positions. But it looks great and works quite well (except the drawer occasionally gets 'stuck' when I am pulling it out).

It took us 3 months to get this wonderful island. Look at your delivery options when ordering. I was new at Amazon and probably could have gotten this in a week. Regardless, it looks like a $500 piece. Thick durable top. great pull out drawer. Thick white paint. Very sturdy. So so so glad we got this.

This is an excellent product, especially for the price. It was easy to assemble with the Allan Wrench provided. The island is very sturdy, has ample storage on the 2 lower shelves, and the top is a large and great working area. The island is sitting right next to my stove, and the extra working space has enhanced my kitchen! The 2 lower shelves are wonderful for holding items like crockpots, large pots and pans, and my rice cooker. And the drawer is perfect for smaller items that need to be at hand when cooking. The color is perfect, and the entire piece has a very "cottage" feel, which is part of the reason I bought it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I don't know who designed the kitchen in the house I rent, but it was obviously someone who didn't cook. It is a large kitchen but it has no working surfaces to chop anything on, or to lay ingredients while you cook. I desperately needed an extra surface, so I ordered this island and hoped it would serve the purpose. I just received it today. It took me about an hour to put together with no power tools (and no screw driver, I used a knife instead!). Had I had my power tools it would have taken less than half an hour. I am so happy. My kitchen looks like a new kitchen. I now have a large work space where I can actually do some proper cooking. It is sturdy and it looks great. I have put my chopping board, wooden spoons and cutting knives in the drawer for easy access.
If I have to make just one criticism is that you cannot put the cloth bar on the other side. In my case the left side goes against a wall, so I cannot hang a cloth on it. Apart from that minor detail, it is perfect!

This is an extremely sturdy and high quality high top table that doubles as an island and storage module. Assembly was very easy. The drawer is a decent size but doesn't feel like it could hold much more than, say, 5 lbs. It glides nicely though and stays on the track no problem. I like that there is two Shelves for storage. They are decent height- can fit a cookie sheet on its side easily. Overall very satisfied with this. I shopped for an island for over a year before this one popped up and it seems this was a very good value for this type of item (I paid ~150). Only con was it took nearly two months to arrive due to back order. Worth the wait!! See photos, especially of drawer.
