This canoe is beautiful, light and easy to maneuver. I get compliments on it everywhere I go. Best purchase ever. I'm a moderately small framed woman and I am able to get this canoe on (and off) my mini cooper clubman with the help of a Yakima roller assist, by myself. Get you some freedom and get outside!
Great Canoe

Excellent, well balanced, tough yet light. It handles scrapes in rapids without damage. I went over a 4 1/2 foot waterfall successfully and only took in some water over the gunnels. The bow did not go under! I am very pleased with this purchase.
good quality canoe for the money..

Great design. This boat is amazing. Recently paddled 100 miles on the buffalo river and was very happy with the performance. I carried full camping provisions in the boat. When paddling unloaded this boat has the touch advanced paddlers love. I removed the seat spacers that position the seat low. This does make the boat more unstable. The lean is quick but it settles in after a few inches. As a solo paddler in class 1 or 2 rapids you can play and maneuver at will. This boat works well with a single blade in WW or with a kayak paddle in the flat. With the kayak paddle this boat moves out. The speed is amazing. With the slight keel, it tracks like a wizard, but it does not effect it in the WW. Loaded, the boat is much more stable, and you still have great touch. The only downsides, takes in water about class 2, not much freeboard with a loaded canoe. any significant water volume and it comes in over the gunwales.
