I have 3 cats. All three of them were scratching at their ears, and making themselves look like Yoda. I am never around any other animals, and my babies are strictly indoors. I was afraid after tons of research it may of been ear mites. Which made me puzzled as to how on earth would they get them?! After seeing some reviews, I decided to try this product. Let me first say, I've contacted our vet, and couldn't get them in for couple days. Their emergency fees are outrageous. If I knew it was life or death then yes, scratching at the ears warranted medical treatment, yes, but couldn't get in soon enough. Nor at old vets office. Which is why I went with this product.
I thought it was helping Cody as he wasn't scratching as bad the next day. My second one, Alix, didn't take it to well, and his ears seemed to get worse after first treatment. I stopped immediately on him. My third, Bella still scratching as well. Stumped...I stopped treatment on the two, Alix and Bella and continued one more day on Cody. Wasn't getting any better. Finally it came time to their vet appt. Turns out, no ear mites on any of them. No signs of it either. I was thankful to hear that, but not what was coming next. Cody, has 2 bad ear infections, Alix has one ear infection, no ear infection on bella, turns out she was allergic to the food I was switching them to. After being treated for few days, and going back to their normal food, so far they are all doing much better. They've done a lot of tests, including cytology and full blood panels. They go back in two weeks for recheck.
All this being said, even though the product didn't work for us, it very well could for someone else. I rate this 5 stars based ONLY ON CUSTOMER SERVICE! The seller has reached out to me on few occasions, once to see how the product was working, and a few after, once i told her what was going on. They genuinely care about theor customer's, as well as your kids (pets) I strongly feel, if there are any questions or concerns to please contact them. They are very compassionate about their products and customer's. They did offer me my mo ey back, but refused. Just because it didnt work for us, I gave it to a friend who could use it and it did work for them. I do not believe in buying a product, and then return part of it for refund. It isn't fair to the seller/company at all. To me, it's like buying a steak dinner and asking for a partial refund because I didn't eat it all. Although, I greatly appreciate the gesture. Im truly thankful to have had a positive experience for customer service. Please don't let this discourage you, from trying this product. It may very well work for you. Just didn't for us. My wife asked me to try EcoEars and I was skeptical. For the entire 5 years that we had our rescued cat, her ears were gooped up with brown goo that she would scratch at. We tried several medications from the vet, special diets, changing the material that her bowls were made from with no lasting results.

She hated the treatments with EcoEars and so did we. After 10 days treatment with this product we gave up. There was still a lot of goo in there. Several weeks later we looked and her ears were pink and clear. It's been months now without any further treatments and they still look perfect. This stuff is great.

I'm very pleased with the results. My cat has been suffering from itching, shaking her head and brown stuff in her ears for over a year with no results. I tried different products and no results, including coconut oil which only gave her temporary relief. I researched this productvn before and decided to try it before taking her to the vet. The first time I placed it in her ear, I saw the difference in how she acted and stopped stratching right away. Pieces of dark particles started coming out. I did not exactly follow the instructions where they wanted me to hold her to the side and pour some solution in the ear. She would never let me. I drenched a cotton ball, and placed it in her ear and squeezed the cotton and massaged it for a while. Then I let her shake her head. As the days progressed, she got mostly used to the applications with little retaliation. I ended up purchasing another bottle and came in today. I'm still getting brown debrise from her ears from so much accumulation in her ears. The instructions says that in severe cases, to continue longer. She is doing great and rarely scratches anymore. I will continue till there is no sign of brown debrise.

Received item promptly. Have been using product for 3 days and have seen remarkable improvement. I did watch a live utube video which helped with administering the medicine to a cat.(Much more challenging than a dog!) After viewing what ear mites actually look like, I'm very thankful for Eco Ears, it stopped the ear scratching almost immediately although I will continue use for the recommended 10 days to prevent reinfection. I have a 9 month old kitten who is pretty feisty. I wrap her in a large towel and have plenty of cotton balls ready, so once the Eco Ears is in, I can place a cotton ball over the ear as I massage the base of the ear to keep her from shaking it out too quickly.

I've been treating my kitty for nearly 7yrs with a chronic ear problems. Several vets lots of test, lots of different medications, changed his diet, I even did the food sensitivity test which cost over $200 which came back negative. I used as directed and now I'm down to using it twice a week. What a vast improvement. His ears would just fill up with a black wax like substance now barely anything.

Warm the solution up in a bowl of hot water (do not microwave) kitties will thank you for this extra step and tolerate the process much better.
Soak a small cotton ball in the warm cleaner then squeeze the solution into the ear, less mess and kitties like this method. After I did put a little vaseline on a Q.Tip and gently swabbed the external part of the ear (do not put in the ear canal) just to keep it moist and help with any debris that comes out from sticking.
