i like that it is like a silence for my macbook keyboard. the keyboard is pretty flush and quiet by design but i type at around 150wpm & it's surprising how noisy it can be in a space with certain acoustics. i also like to eat while using my computer and i feel relief knowing no crumbs will be able to be lodged in the keyboard because i really hate opening up these laptops to clean them out, and the case around the keyboard keys is unforgivably exact in construction.
i like the blue-purple ombre coloration but i have come to dislike it because so many other people apparently feel so much pleasure when they see it, they think i want to have a conversation about this item with them, ie "you must really like colors!" "so you really like the color (blue, purple, pink, etc) huh?" i find this incredibly annoying but i will posit this as a pro of the item since i assume regular people would be pleased that their accessorization of their device is found appealing enough to others to comment on.

Came quickly. Easy to apply (clean your computer first!) and easy to use. Unfortunately, it covers the light from my mac keys indicating which is what, so there's a bit of guesswork from time to time, though obviously I know where most of the keys are. The product arrived promptly, and was well-packaged. The colors are beautiful, and it looks gorgeous on my mac. Happy all around.

This item fits my Mac very nice. doesn't slide around! yeah! light comes through just enough. color is very pleasant to look at. tactile feel takes a while to get used to and for now I have to hold fingers up higher because silicone can be grippy..small ridges on the cover help with accurate strikes so give it time to get used to... this is great protection for such an expensive Mac purchase for me. the price of cover was great and the cover came with a free cheap little mouse pad..Best Buy cant touch the price or selection that this company offers. .I like that a little mouse pad came free with cover.. throw into bag and go. the color choices for cover are nice! don't know how long it will last...but don't care. it does its job.

I love this keyboard, its SO pretty. The only qualm I have with it is that its slightly loose and doesn't fit very snug so you have to type differently and sometimes as a fast typer keys get missed. There is a small gap between the cover and the actual keys so you have to press harder and with more intention. Hitting the edge of a key may result in a lost stroke. This is purely for vanity because some productivity is lost with this beauty. But I am still okay with it since its my personal computer for editing and other things.

I've only had this cover for two days, but it is already a major improvement over my previous one! I had only used my previous cover for three months, and it was already wearing thin in spots. This one feels much sturdier, and I have high hopes that it will hold up better. This one fits my keyboard perfectly - there are no bubbles or stretching anywhere. My previous cover never fit correctly; it was stretched the day I received it. This cover is thick, so it feels sturdy, but its not thick enough that it prevents normal typing. As a law student, I use my laptop all day, every day. I have had no issues keeping up in class after putting this cover on. The ombre is much nicer than what the picture shows. In the picture it looks like every row of keys is a different color, but in person, the color change is much more gradual, which I love.
The only complaint I have (and it is super minor) is that the letters on the cover don't exactly line up with the letters on the keyboard. Its mostly a problem on the upper rows and the outer keys like return, shift, etc. The case is thin enough to let the light from the keyboard show through, so you can see how the words aren't in exactly the same place. Its only a problem if you really look for it or if you are super picky about things like that
