Sizing for "Doris" style is different than other styles

I have several pair of HC Design Heels. The 8s usually work great for me, but for some reason, this style (Doris) was a tiny bit tight, they pinched my toes. It was very easy to return & order a 9. Unfortunately, the 9s were way too long. I even tried to stuff the toes to push my foot back, but that didn't work either; I still had almost half an inch behind my heels, it looked like I was a child playing dress up.

These shoes are Unique, Charming, Playful, and Fun! I wear a size 8 shoe and though I dont need to specifically buy a wide width, my feet do tend toward the wide side. I am very pleased with the comfortable easy contour of the shoe sizing, The rounded toe gives some wiggle room for my toes too. These adorable shoes are well worth the purchase.
