I bought these to add to a generic safety vest for running at night. Many reviews of vests integrated with LEDs had a high cost and enough reviews of a failure rate that I wanted separate ones.
These are bright, come with additional velcro straps (I didn't need them). The clip appears sturdy and rubbery enough that I'm not concerned about it falling off my vest when running. the buttons are easy to turn on and off by feel when it's attached to my back.

Hi, I ordered these because I am a pedestrian that lives in Maine.
I do a LOT of walking and taking the bus in all sorts of weather, you name it. I'm in it.
Weather in Maine is notorious for turning on a dime as well.
The folks that drive the bus have asked me to use a light of some sort to flag them down,
as they can't always see me in the dark. It would be terrible for me to miss the bus, so this
seemed like a natural! Once the bad weather hits, I will give these a try.
These are GREAT little lights as well. A real bargain. They are bright and shiny, have 3 different
flashing modes (one of them looks like the Mothership is coming in for a landing) and I know
I will not have any problems being seen in the nastiness again. Also, they arrive with a set of
replacement batteries and a screwdriver to change them with. You can't beat it. Awesome!!!

Looking for something better I guess. I expected brighter light overall. More like a strobe I've seen some bicyclists use.
Uses cr2032 battery button and needs tiny (included) screwdriver to replace battery. Build quality seems ok, although I doubt it would fare well in soaking rain.
Attachment options good, although there's no explanation on how to use some of them in the box. I think I'd rate this higher if it were half the price.
6/11/17: I've edited the to reflect conversation with the seller. I think perhaps my expectations are more than the product design is capable of. I cannot fault the light for that. Perhaps the description could better set expectations. If used in context with the intended purpose, the light is acceptable for use, upgraded to 4 starts from 3 and edited summary.

Perfect for remainly visible, and hopefully alive. Very strong lights (3 bulbs). I use the rapid flash and I can be seen in the darkest situations. I got these after nearly having been killed by a car speeding into the crosswalk even while carrying a flashlight. I decided on these rather than simple reflectors, because in this situation, the car's headlights would not have picked up the reflectors as he turned into the crosswalk in time for him to stop. Clearly LEDS are the way to go and this product is superior. Very grateful. I purchased sets in red, green, and blue.

Great for when my child plays outside in the dark! I can spot him from anywhere! Along with the lights we received an extra battery lights which were a nice touch..however one of my lights were dead on arrival so i had to switch them out right away. Good product! We've had ours for a couple months now and so far so good.
UPDATE:
after a couple months of use the clip to my child's light broke off and he is no longer able to clip it to his clothes. Is there a replacement available? I may just have to tie it around a string so he can wear it around his neck.
