I bought this for a class project. Based on the reviews I read beforehand, I didn't have high expectations. When the package was delivered, the "leash" was bent in half to fit into the manufacturer's plastic bag and the collar was folded flat -- exactly as noted by some reviewers. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that the wire inside the leash is way stronger than I think it needs to be and I had a hard time straightening it out. As for the collar, that was an easy fix. I soaked it in a pan of warm water for a couple of hours, reshaped it over a large glass storage container (a small cooking pot would have worked as well), and let it dry overnight. The next morning, the collar was back in shape, just the way it should be. Now I can focus on my class project.
