I use this on just plain rice, eggs, pork chops, steak, veggies and it is so very smooth & great tasting. If you want a little pop of smooth flavor look no further. I use the cheap Soy Sauce when cooking, but this is pure luxury on all foods, especially eggs, scrambled or fried.

Definitely a "sipping" soy sauce. Best used on delicate things like sashimi/sushi. This is too good and has a very complex flavor to be used liek normal say sauce. Well worth the price.
