Holy smokes... first of all, I bought this because I wanted to be a considerate neighbor and not have all the bass hit the floor/apartment below me. As far as isolation goes, I absolutely do not feel any transfer of sound on the floor. Now.. as far as sound goes...WOW. It's given me a new found appreciation for my sub. Not only does my sub sound a whole lot tighter but the bass is a lot punchier as well. Even at lower volumes reproduction is amazing. If I could rate this higher I would. Highly recommended!

I repeat,be advised, this sub platform does not sit level. There's nothing wrong with it. I'm not saying it's defective. In fact it's very strong, the sound absorption & quality, WOW, I'm impressed, just what the doctor ordered; almost. I'd prefer that the sub sat on it level with the floor. Instead it angles upward at maybe a 10* (degree) angle. So, it's okay I guess, I can live with that.
I DEFINITELY would add more stars if I could for firm support. NICE. LIKE it! If that's any help to you. Okay. I like it because of the reasons I stated. Also, besides being solid, but not 'concrete' but built like a sound platform should, I think it's going to last. I don't remember the maximum weight load capacity on the spec sheet, but given it's size side to side, front to back it's not as though you could sit even a 15 inch passive or active sub on it, but MAYBE. I've got a 12 inch MACKIE on it right now that weighs around 25 -27 lbs and it supports that just fine; giving very little if at all, on the overall support structure.

Great Isolation pads. Main purpose was to angle the speakers downwards to adjust the sound stage which definitely lowered it. But it significantly reduces the bass vibrations to the table which is very impressive. To the touch they feel a bit soft but once you place the speakers on it I have pretty heavy Rokit 6 speakers (perfect flush fit) , the foam does not give. Also the front Pyle label comes right off which is a big bonus.

Looks and works as advertised. All the pieces match in color. The wedges are cut to properly match the bases. The Pyle label comes off VERY easily without leaving a trace on the foam. In fact, if you actually want the giant ugly label to remain, you'll need to add adhesive. The foam is easy to cut/modify with scissors.
Why not 5 stars? Well, I'm guessing that the cost of the materials, "manufacturing", and all administrative overhead combined is likely somewhere south of fifty cents. So it's very expensive for what it is. At least throw in an extra wedge to add more "adjustability."

It is amazing how well this works. Used it with a home theater subwoofer that would rattle all over even at a low volume. Now I can really crank it up with no vibration what's so ever! Highly recommend
