not sure how to describe the taste, but it has a perfume lavender taste. the chunks are big and that's good, but even after I mixed it with Argo corn starch it still have a taste I can't describe. not only that, but it breaks down to a clay consistency. i'll probably order the bagged arrow root by other vendor Fortuna.

This was not arrow root. It was some strong chemical that burned my nose. Arrow root has a strong taste but this tasted like plastic and was a bit damp. I been using arrow root for losing g time.. this was not it.
