Excellent dehydrator

This was a gift to a family member and they were making deer jerky the next day. It works great, jerky was done in several hours as opposed to a day or more with less powerful dehydrators. Flavoring packages made very tasty jerky. Good product.

We use the Nesco 700W Pro Dehydrator dehydrator to dehydrate meat. It is a great size and the trays are easy to clean and assemble. The unit get hot when it is running so you might want to put it on top of something insulating. It has a great fan and multiple settings that allow you to step down the temperature.
