If you are having a hard time building glutes or your hamstrings or quads...well my friends look no further! This thing is so amazing! I walk inclined with this and do all sorts of squats and hip thrusts with this. It burns like a MOFO but you will love it. It doesn't slip down on me...I am 5'11 and about 160 pounds and I have the large.
I LOVE this thing

I LOVE this thing. I use it during squats, leg press, hip thrusts, dead lifts. Any leg workout that warrants keeping the knees apart. They really engage the butt to work out the putter sides of upper leg and butt. Comes in a nice plastic case. I've used it a bunch of times. Still holding up. The logo will break though because you're stretching it out when you wear it. Unless you're not really working out. :)
Does this make my butt look big?

Fantastic piece, great bang for the buck. The first couple times I used it, my butt was fried. I had to lower weights on my main exercises. Whatever it targets, I was not hitting.
A few months later, I now use it as a warm up for every lower body day. I am finding it easier to keep my knees out on squats, which lets me use more muscle and move more weight. I also find the warm up makes keeping my foot position in the dead lift easier.
I also like to wear it for very upright squats, holding on to a support, and burn out my lower body with high reps. Great finisher, especially with a weight vest.

as a fitness coach I look for quality equipment that I can use for a wide variety of movements. The hip circle is exactly that! So many people are lacking strength in their abductors and glutes. The hip circle gets these firing in countless movements and positions. Plus I can throw it in my bag and take it anywhere. Most of the people who I've had try it have purchased one. 5 stars!
