smell- strong black pepper, leaves sticky counters.
Jerrilinn F.✓ Verified Purchase•March 22, 2018
The worst cleaner I have bought in a long time. When mixed as directed it left counters sticky with a film. The scent is like black pepper and over whelming. I cut it in half so it was not as strong. It just seemed to intensify the smell. I tried to just wipe off with warm water and clean cloth and it still dried sticky. I used a drop of dawn on damp cloth and rinsed and then it dried clean. My hands had a tingling itchy feeling from hands to wrist. I am not sensitive to detergents or soaps. I would not clean items that will have elderly or children to be it direct vicinity until dry. I have a septic system so I won't be pouring it down the drain. Septic systems are alive with enzymes that have to be protected for it to break down proteins that are left. I did not see a way to dispose of it properly. I will talk with our garbage disposal company. I have tried the Presto dishwasher soap and loved how it cleaned the dishes in an old dishwasher. I will try Presto all purpose cleaner. I have a hard time believing the other 5 star posts. We all review products differently. My experience with this is not good. I think a complete ingredient list would be helpful to know what may be causing adverse reaction to some.
I love the way it cleans granite kitchen surfaces and bathroom ... impressive customer service

I love the way it cleans granite kitchen surfaces and bathroom sinks and counters. I have tried valiantly to use it to clean mirrors, but no matter if I use paper towels, newspaper, microfiber--streaks. I wouldn't recommend this at all if your primary use is to polish mirrors. Smells great, but the scent doesn't linger.
1/31/18 edit: Wonderful customer service! I added a star just for that. A person from Puracy contacted me about my difficulty with streaks Puracy. He suggested that it would be helpful to watch their tutorial and be sure to use a microfiber cloth for great results. I will be following his advice this weekend when I clean mirrors again. I'll get a new microfiber towel, just to be sure there wasn't residue from something on the one I previously used. I'll keep you posted.
2/5/2018 follow up: Yes, it truly cleans mirrors and leaves no streaks...IF the instructions are followed! :) I used a microfiber cloth and the mirrors were beautiful.

Do not use on glass it will ruin it

This cleaner is awful. I used it to clean my windshield and it left a residue that makes it where I can barely see out of it when there is any light pointed at it, like from a passing car. I have washed the window multiple times and tried several other products to remove it, it's gotten better but the residue is still there. Do not use on glass
This left my floors sticky.

So I really wanted to like this. I don't. I bought it to clean my floors and it has left them a sticky mess. It leaves a residue. I diluted how it said and it left like a soap scum all over my floors. I thought maybe if I diluted to 1/4 of the amount maybe it would work better, but my floors are still scummy. I even tried adding a little vinegar. No help. Will not be buying this again. Now I have to figure out how to get this scum off my floors.
Questionable ingredients, Strong Offensive Smell
JB18✓ Verified Purchase•July 21, 2017
Alcohol Ethoxylates - questionable, potentially harmful ingredient according to ewg.org even if they are plant derived. Couldn't stand such a strong offensive smell that lingers, so tried to rinse it off using a damp paper towel and could see the residue coming off. I had to ventilate the air and ended up having to make an effort to remove the effect of this cleaner. Don't like the idea of having to use microfiber cloth every time because that means I have to wash the cloth every time!
