I accidentally ordered the wrong size bed 😭
I called customer service and the owner of this small business, Andrew , picked up the phone and immediately had a different bed shipped out , and sent me return labels for the other bed .. wow 5 star customer service
The bed is beautiful, lots of storage , very good quality for the price . 10/10 Do Recommend !!

This bed is awesome - our kids love it and we're so happy to be able to be able to eliminate our bulky dressers in favor of the integrated dresser drawers. Our kids love hiding in the underbed storage (which is also where their multitudes of extra stuffed animals now live).

We had a tricky situation while building and the customer service from Dreamland Furnitire was impeccable. They offered us tons of advice, and even offered to ship replacement parts if needed. It worked out fine and our beds are perfect. (Just make sure to read the instructions in EVERY box before you build - word to the wise.)

I do wish the bookcase were a bit taller so it could hold 2 rows of books, and the drawers were slightly deeper to hold bulkier clothes as they get bigger (I imagine we'll need a dresser again when they're teenagers) but all in all it's a unique, sturdy, well-made bed with great features.

I love this bed. I had a futon for 2 years prior to my upgrading to this sweet sleeping platform and a regular old couch for 3 years before that. Both the couch and the futon were excellent for what they were. However, I am a little over 6 feet tall, and after several years of side sleeping in relative comfort, I finally decided it was time for a serious change. By this point I had saved up a comfortable nest egg and had just received my tax refund on top of that. Being somewhat flush with currency, I resolved that the time to act had come. I purchased this lovely bed with the Signature Sleep Contour 8-Inch Mattress for a grand total of $770 and change. Within 6 days both the mattress and frame had arrived. Discovery World Furniture hired SAIA freight to deliver the bed frame and the only thing that even approached being complicated about the delivery was getting in touch with SAIA's Atlanta terminal to set up the actual drop off appointment (and that was actually very quick and easy once I found the bed frame's shipping PRO#). The frame arrived in three boxes strapped very securely to a small pallet. The driver assisted me in separating the boxes and took the pallet & packaging plastic with him. Later that night my partner and I had the the bed assembled in less than 3 hours with only the use of the provided allen wrench, our own cordless drill and a pair of small blunt nose pliers. The under drawers, bookcase head board and foot board all come fully assembled. The only potential downside I see with this bed is that the side opposite the drawers is totally open frame and therefore should be butted into a corner. Also, the mattress ended up being just a smidge too short and a touch too narrow. This was solved by folding up a pair of medium weight comforters I had on hand and stuffing the gaps with them after fully dressing the mattress. This last bit has absolutely nothing to do with the actual bed frame, but rather my miscalculating the mattress size.

Overall, I am exceedingly satisfied with this purchase.

Looks great, well built. My assembly time for a unit including 6 drawer storage unit was 7 hours total, having all the tools and knowing what I'm doing. Here's some notes to help you assemble it:
0. The storage unit screws are really hard to drive in. To make it easier, get yourself a screwdriver that takes bits and stick an Ellen wrench into it. This will give you enough leverage to make it faster and easier.
1. Assemble the storage before the bed frame!
2. At bed step 9, loosen the screws for all the right angle brackets screwed into piece 1, fit the pieces together, then retighten the bracket screws. It'll take a bit to get the pieces to align.
3. At bed step 10, the two screw holes must be drilled.
4. At step 11, the two long unmarked pieces are the bed rails, piece 15.
5. Need to drill to install slats and support bar.

Uses real wood (not particle board) which is great!. We had found a similar bed at the furniture store for twice the money. This is just as good, if not better! My only complaint is that nothing was labeled - so assembling took some time. The directions were pretty straight forward but would be helpful if it labeled in the pix which direction the "finished" side should face. After a few bumps we got it together. I put it together mainly by myself and it probably took about 4 hours altogether. Does take at least one other person during some portions of the build process to hold pieces stable and level - as well as for lifting the headboard onto the frame.
Seller was very responsive when I had questions regarding shipping.
