Really any towel will do and I buy mine at target and Sam's but there's something to being a dog parent that makes you want to buy the babies their own junk! I find the towels to be pretty thin and although they work for my 9lb chiweenie I can't imagine them bein as absobant as they need to be with a larger dog. One thing I dislike is that after tossing it in the wash with a red blanket, the towel got all these fuzzies attached to it that I can't take off. Good thing is they don't come off on my dog either! Doesn't really matter cause only my dog and I see it and it gets the job done plus it has a cute little bone or paw . Despite the few little cons I would definitely still recomend and repurchase if I ever need to.

I keep a pretty hook by both doors we take the dog out and this towel is so handy to dry his paws and body if it's been raining. Saves on my wood floors having constant "doggy prints". My decor has a lot or red do these are attractive hanging up. I had been using regular bath towels but they were so thick they kept falling off the hooks. These are much thinner but very absorbent. Glad I found them!

I have a dog with an extremely fine/long hair coat and this towel has amazing absorbent capabilities! I keep it by the front door on our rainy days to absorb all water she collects on her legs.......will definitely have to buy another one soon just for bathing her. I love it! I was not asked to review this item by the seller.....I just love reviewing items that are worth the money spent!

After reading other reviews I decided to buy this bath towel. I was tired of using my bath towels dealing with soaking wet furry messes. After using this one to dry my pooch I now know what I have been missing. You may think a towel is a towel, which is true, but this is a DOG towel. My 7 lb Harvee was so dry after I used this towel. Even the towel still had dry spots! One reviewer said I should of bought two. I should of listened. You will be so satisfied. Mind you my pooch is 7lbs, I'm sure weight will make a difference.
