EDITED**** They keep blowing the fuse! (YOU NEED A RELAY OR HARNESS TO USE THESE)
CMZacker✓ Verified Purchase•August 28, 2017
**** EDIT:
I just got these and hooked them up as reverse lights on my 2012 GMC Sierra 2500hd and they just keep popping the fuse. I wired them directly into the wording for my trucks reverse lights... this way they come on when I shift into reverse... the lights I had before these worked great until the housings rotted away. Why aren't these working? Am I missing something? Other than that they look nice hanging off the rear bumper not working.
*****Ok so looking around the web and here on Amazon I figured out i need a relay to hook these up correctly...Wish I knew that BEFORE buying these and hooking them up and going through all that. The instructions that come with these are totally useless, no mention of anything about how to wire these up. or that you need a harness or a relay. THAT would have been helpful, (HINT HINT to the Manufacturer!) Also maybe mention the need of a relay or "Harness" in the product description... Anyways, that siad, now im trying t find a harness for these that does not have a switch as i am planning to hook these to my reverse lights and will jump off the switch wire that goes to them. I dont want to have to flip a switch to turn these on because i KNOW i will forget to switch them off and will be blinding everyone behind me! lol..

I installed these on a 2015 Ford SuperDuty activated by the factory up-fitter switches. I purchased the pair of spot and flood beams with the intention of using the spot pod light attached to a ditch bracket facing forward and the flood pod lights attached to the rear bumper (actually just behind the rear bumper). I had these for a little while before installing. While waiting for installation, I took another reviewers advice and purchased some Versachem 75009 Flowable Windshield Silicone from Amazon. I applied this around the front of the lights for a little added weatherproofing. These are great looking in appearance and seem of good quality. I finally got around to installing these a few days ago and haven't had any time to test them out at night, but they do work. During the daytime, while in the garage, they are brighter than the "brights" on my truck. Not that it matters for this review, but I flip flopped the spot and flood lights. The spot pods are attached to the rear bumper and the floods are facing forward. Oopsie, I will get around to switching them around sometime. We haven't really received much rain to see if any moisture creeps in past the lens.
If I have any significant issues, I will update my review. In the meantime, for the price these are a recommend from me.

I was a little skeptical! Not Now! Working great!

Tremendous buy for the price! I needed alot more that the Stock lights! I couldn't believe the overall distance the LED flood travels. They are mounted about 3' 10" off the ground on the rollcage of a UTV. They produce light well over 60' wide and 30' tall. Hard to believe but driving down a completely dark dirt road you can see well with plenty of stopping room and high up trees! Going 30mph I can stop before running into ruts and downed trees now. Much safer at night!
We have a winner! With a few things to note

We have a winner here. Check out my photos and details.
Cliff Notes: For the price it's as good as it's going to get.
Longer version:
There's a lot of people claiming cree but not using cree. I've been through a couple lights/sellers and finally I got what is actually in the photo.
I took these apart to do some inspecting, and what I found made me happy.
Let's not forget the price, these aren't $200 pods. I paid $37.99 for
"Auxbeam 2 Pcs 7" 36W LED Light Bar 3600LM CREE Driving Light Spot 30 Degree Waterproof for SUV UTV Jeep Truck Off-Road 4WD Boat Ford"
Construction is pretty good overall. Housing is made out of aluminum, the wiring is actually good enough that I'm going to leave it.
I had planned on replacing/re soldering with better wire but it's not needed here on these.
Once I opened them up, there was a good rubber seal on the end caps. I removed that and took out the poly lens which is pretty thick.
I removed the reflectors and got down to the bare board and led's.
As you can see in one of the photos, the solder points are nice and solid. This is great, I've seen some pretty cheap and terrible jobs but this one checks out.
I wasn't able to confirm 100% that the led's are cree as there were no marking and I would have to unsolder the led to dig deeper into it, but I'm
happy with it, as typical of cree it's a edge to edge yellow square with a good bubble on top, which is an easy way to spot a cree type led.
I unscrewed the board and found an adequate amount of thermal paste on the back of the aluminum board the led's were on.
I've seen some not have any so i'm satisfied with what I found.
What's unfortunate is that a combo isn't available in this size.
I had considered buying a spot, and a flood and then taking them apart and swapping half the reflectors so I had the combo I wanted but decided against it.
Cons:
There should probably be an extra couple screws on top for the sealing of the lens. As you can see in the photos, there is a lot of flex in the lens against the seal and it might be better if there was 4 or 5 instead of 3 screws on top and bottom for sealing/pressing the lens against the rubber seal underneath.
TIPS:
I absolutely would get a small bit of outdoor clear silicone caulk and add just a super tiny bead to the lens to be sure it doesn't leak like a few
people are experiencing. If it gives me a better chance at having no water issues I'm willing to do it.
I don't have photo's of that though.
CONS: IT IS NOT 7" It is 6.5? from outside end cap to outside end cap. The center lens/led is only 5".

Overall take:
For the price I couldn't really complain, I'm actually delighted. There are some slightly cheaper pods but I think I found the best value.
I'm happy with what they are, for the price. I don't think they are 3,600 lumens but I can't for sure say since I don't own a lux sensor.
I'll update with what it pulls power wise when I get my multi-meter from a friend back. Auxbeam 2 Pcs 7" 36W LED Light Bar 3600LM CREE Driving Light Spot 30 Degree Waterproof for SUV UTV Jeep Truck Off-Road 4WD Boat Ford

I have 4 of the Auxbeam flood lights; two 4" and two 7". The 7"ers are about a year old with no trouble. One is on an atv and the other on a golf cart. Both get bounced and vibrated, splashed, rained and snowed on. The flood pattern opens up fast and is ideal for lower speed applications where you won't be overrunning the light. I approximate 100yrds of very good lighting. Just purchased another 4 pack of 4" floods. Love 'em. Atv pictured has 3 Auxbeam lights. A 7" on the front rack and two 4" on the rear rack pointing forward and sideways.
