Great product, crummy packaging

I love this product. I had gastric sleeve surgery 18 months ago and I've been using this product to supplement my protein intake. It works wonderfully. No taste. Mixes with my morning coffee. My ONLY complaint is the packaging. The new pouch they're using had leaked inside the shipping box.. powder everywhere. There must be a small tear in the pouch. Prior they'd used a tall narrow container-hated that too. I couldn't get my hand inside far enough to scoop out the powder. I wish they'd go back to the shorter wide container they used previously.

Seller must think I am an idiot because I ordered the 45 serving portion and though it says 45 servings it is actually the 30 serving portion. The label has been altered. It weighs the same as the 30 serving portion as well. The text has been altered on the label where it says "servings per containe ". Do not buy from this seller. I paid extra for the 45 serving container and got the 30 serving container. 30 serving container was purchased straight from GNC. Once again the label has been altered.

This is the new version, smaller container, same number of servings and amount of protein, and it has less calories than the original, but the one I just received doesn't mix in anything worth a darn. I used to use it every morning in my iced latte, and with some good stirring, it mixed in quite well, no taste, no clumps. But this, newer, lower calorie version doesn't mix well, if at all, leaves clumps all over the cup no matter how vigorous or for how long you mix it, and has an off-putting smell that it did not have in the older version. I had no problems with the other orders this year, it was just this latest one, and evidently they changed the formula. Very disappointed, and returning, as Amazon shows that I was ordering the same product I've ordered before, but it certainly is not.

I've bought this several times and have been using it regularly for about six months or so. It is my favorite protein powder! It is almost completely tasteless, which I appreciate because that lets me put it in anything I want. It mixes almost instantly in everything I put it in, and I do mean everything! There are never any lumps or clumps or undissolved bits of residue, even if I just stir it a bit with a spoon. It does take a little more effort to mix it into really hot liquids, but not enough that I would call it difficult. I also love that it takes up so much less space in the cabinet than the other protein powders I've tried over the years. The 60 serving size container is about 5 inches diameter and about 6 inches tall. One Tablespoon has 30 grams of protein!
A month after opening, smells like whey protein

I am having trouble with the larger container. I have purchased the smaller ones until recently. 30 g per tbsp should be a no brainer. I love the product. I was seeing a nutritionist for about a year and she was constantly telling me that the problem in my diet was that I needed more protein (and to stop drinking my calories, LOL). This has been the most brilliant solution.
However, this jar gave me trouble from the beginning. It is more difficult to mix and I have clumps left on my fork and in my glass.
After this jar has been open for a month, it smells like sour milk. I generally make two drinks a day, so it is not that I am not using it or don't know how to mix it. I will not purchase this size again.
Update: M y brother, who is a chef and a body builder came through my kitchen last week and I asked him what it smelled like without telling him what it was or what my problem was. He said it smelled like whey protein. I should have known that.
