nice tweeters

These sound decent especially for what they cost. I have them paired with Meso comps in the front all powered by an AT125.4. They are for sure loud but don't handle bass as well as the comps. The comps are way better and if I do it again I would have just ordered 2 sets of comps and skipped these.

These spkrs are powerful & great W/O an amp they really put out you'll need mount bases larger than 6.5"and with some modification & insulation they kick butt !

I have nothing against CT sounds at all, and actually should have bought stock in them as much as I've ordered from them the last 6 months, but the build quality is good, real heavy duty speakers but to be honest the Tweeter they put in these is ridiculous. It screams with no forgiveness or clarity. I ordered 2 sets of the 6.5 meso component, and 6x9s for my trans am and haven't installed them yet but was happy with what I saw so I suggested a buddy to get a whole ct sounds system...2 amps, component, 6x9s, extra tweeters, even the wiring kit from CT sounds.... Got everything hooked up and I was a little disappointed. I have all jl audio in my truck, 12 jl audio speakers actually and I'm happy with them, nothing fine tuning can't fix, but I don't know how to fix a screaming Tweeter already going thru a crossover. I just think they should of made them sound better if it's theirs higher line of meso. If you are just going from stock to these you'll be fine unless you want true sound quality, you might want to look elsewhere.

Sound great and pretty heafty and needy for a 6.5 going to be adding an amp soon for max sound.
