Premium price for very low quality

This chair arrived missing 3 screws to the one of the glider joints, which was already assembled (not the type of screws that were included). We didn't realize this until we sat in and it almost fell apart. My husband had to go to Lowes and buy screws to fit it and repair it. The wood is very cheap and split slightly where he put in the missing screws. It is not very study, the stain was poorly put on, and the cushions are not soft. The cushions feel almost like outdoor patio type cloth, and the print look is not that pretty in person. For this to be a $350+ chair I was expecting a high level of quality. We could have gotten a better glider at target for $100. It's too much trouble to disassemble and pack up and reship. We definitely DO NOT recommend.
