We purchased this SUP rack to transport a 10 1/2' SUP on board a a boat, attaching to the side rails. It was easy to install and we've traveled extensively at top speed without an issue. It stores to the outside of the rails, leaving the gunnels free and clear. Easy to remove for use or if you need the side of the vessel to be open for tie up/docking/etc.
