  • •Katu BG601-23 are larger than regular 50mm (2") that's make them roll better even on carpets.
  • •Traditional rubber casters are made of a very cheap, soft rubber which, after a short amount of time, peels and separates from the caster.
  • •The Katu rubber PU is just soft enough, so it will never come off of the caster. Therefore, it will not scratch wood or any other type of flooring.
  • •On traditional rubber casters, dirt from the floor sticks to the rubber very easily and is almost impossible to clean. Over time,the dirt becomes a hard layer and scratches floors.
  • •The rubber PU of the Katu casters has the perfect balance, so dirt will not stick to it. If the casters come in contact with some dirt, they can simply be cleaned with a damp cloth.
  • •The body of traditional caster are made of a very cheap plastic or nylon, causing them to break easily and shortens the life of the wheel.
  • •The body of Katu casters are made of Nylon PA6, PA6, the strongest plastic used for casters.

Great for Wood/Laminate Floors

This product worked perfect on our new expensive Lazy Boy Office Chairs. We just installed Laminate (wood like). Was very worried about scratches. Ordered these, and no problem. There may be other more expensive, but not better quality.
Best casters I've ever used

These wheels are very high quality and roll very effortlessly. And the price is very reasonable. I wanted to replace my old chair casters which were hard plastic and skidded sideways (on a hardwood floor) as often as they rolled correctly in the right direction. These casters have a hard yet compliant rubber rolling surface which means that they turn in the right direction when asked to move, and they roll absolutely smoothly. I would buy again and again.

great quality!!! the best I've ever seen..I use stools in the sewing room and have to change them often due to thread...and i have to say these are great wheels..I bought a euro stool and the wheels were CRAP..the base of the stool spins in circles when moving in it..DOn't buy the EURO stool!..anyway these wheels helped a lot but not the spinning base...I love them

Good quality casters that easily installed on an older office chair. I use on a hardwood floor in my home office. I was able to eliminate the floor protector which was always creeping around the floor. These casters roll well on the hardwood and do not appear to leave any marks on the floor.

Have used the casters now for about a month and they work very well. Glad because the wheels that came with the chairs marked the ceramic floor were terrible. These are very quiet and do not mark the floor and don't seem to pick up dirt like the other wheels. Very happy.
