I like it

After having a helicopter that seemed very hard to control, I do feel like this is a little better. It still requires some work, but it can be controlled for some good flights. It's also very light (feels kind of like styrofoam), so you don't have to worry about it breaking - or breaking anything else - if it comes crashing down.
I've got a bad feeling about this

Fun little toy. Sturdy and stands up to lots of crashing, which is good because it can be tough to fly (which I suppose the real one is too, at least according to Han). Can't beat it for the price, fun factor, and novelty (hey.. it's star wars), just don't expect it to fly as good as your traditional quad copter/drone. Flies ok outside but is very light. If there is any wind, it becomes more of a kite than a quad copter. Feels delicate, but handles the abuse. Flight time is reasonable at ~ 8-10 minutes.
Perfect gift. Durable, easy to use, and way too much fun.

This product is awesome. I saw some saying it's foam and flimsy but I do not agree. This thing can take a fall better then most drones. I think it's cause it's so light and the foam kinda protects the blades. it came two days earlier then what was expected. When I saw that there weren't any (trim) adjustment buttons I was worried. But this is very good at keep level and not crashing during maneuvers. I've spent more money on brookstone garbage that wasn't half as fun or easy to fly. Only reason I'm not giving this thing five stars is because the battery life could have been better. But besides that this is a perfect purchase.
Falcon doesn't charge - customer support disconnects without answering after 16 minutes on hold

Bought this for my husband for Christmas, and was so excited that I had finally gotten him something he would be enthusiastic about. It worked for about 3 minutes then seemed to lose it's charge. Tried to charge it and charge indicator light on the remote would never come on (Falcon will not charge). Tried unplugging everything and trying it all again - even put in new AA batteries, for electronics to no avail. Tried calling customer service and after waiting on hold for a little over 16 minutes, they hung up, (automatically I think).
My husband is disappointed and I am returning this. So Frustrated!

Star Wars drone

I was skeptical of this drone, but have been pleasantly surprised. We got it for our 8 year old. He is very good with video game controls, and picked it up right away. I first thought that the amount of running time would be disappointing, but it helps to have a break from it. The charge time is about an hour, and run time between 5-8 mins. The 5-8 mins is longer because he flies it, then lands/crashes it after a few seconds, and starts the process over again. Charging is very easy, and after we did it together he has no problems charging it himself. We've had toy helicopters, and a Parrot drone (rolling spider) that broke/stopped working after a period of time. The exterior is all foam, so crashing it has been no big deal. Unlike the helicopter that would shatter and have to have replacement parts. I"m not sure how long he will stay interested in it, but for now he loves it.
