You can only remove the panels that run horizontally, not vertically.

It's okay, but not quite what I expected. I bought it mostly because the grid panels were removable so you could create large compartments. I wanted this for jewelry making supplies. But you can only remove the panels that run horizontally, not vertically. So you can create long skinny compartments, but not large square ones, which I wanted (for spools of wire, etc). I'll use it for my small items but need to buy an additional one for what I want.
Perfect Organizer for 1" letter board letters

I was looking for an organizer for 1" plastic letters for my Letterfolk letter board, and this organizer perfectly fit the bill. It easily fits all 290 letters and numbers. The organizer snaps closed so I don't have to worry about having a clumsy moment where I somehow manage to fling letters all over the living room. With the total number and size of the compartments (having consolidated the nines and sixes as well as zero and o's), this makes changing up the letter board so much easier and enjoyable.
Great for beading! Minimizes wasted space.

Much better than the bead storage boxes available at Michael's & Joanne's. This one comes with ALL the dividers to fully compartmentalize the box. The compartments are small enough that you don't waste so much space if you're only putting one or two 15" strands of beads in them. The overall size is small enough to stack a good number of them on a shelf.

Initially it appeared the plastic was too hard on my hands to comfortably take out jewelry. But I doubled the size of every slot by removing the dividers, and now it is roomy and very usable. I have two of these boxes and they hold all my jewelry except 2 pairs of bangles. I wish I could remove the dividers both ways to accommodate wider jewelry.
Otherwise sturdy, clear, easy to use.

Perfect for LetterFolk letters

After trying (and failing) to find a way to organize and store plastic letters for my LetterFolk felt board, I did some research and it led me to this plastic organizer.
36 slots allows for each letter to have it's on place, as well as individual slots for numbers 1-9 (6 and 9 interchangeable), punctuation, and symbols.
These are so perfect for these letter boards they should add it to their product description. LetterFolk does provide a small bag for letters (as depicted) but it is much nicer and faster to keep them organized.
