Don't waste your money

This is junk. The theory is the water passes through black plastic piping inside the "heater" and it is supposed to be warmer. We used it for an entire summer (actually 2 of them hooked together). They got me on this one. The water passes through way too fast to actually have a warming effect. Don't waste your money. It would work if the pump were turned on for 10 seconds and turned off and let the water sit in the heater for 30 min and turn the pump on again. Now do that all day long and it would work. You would go crazy but your pool will be warmer. Buy this only if your husband/wife wanted you to install an actual heater and you don't want to spend the money. You just have to lie to them every day and say the water feels warmer. A good placebo is better then some of the best "heaters" this company can come up with. It is all in the mind. Any review that says it really warms up the water is a fake review or someone trying to convince themselves they didn't get ripped off. They got me. Good for them, bad for me.

I bought 3 of these. They will collapse and have to be reset up. We have no children or animals to bother them, so the only thing I can figure is, the weight of the water causes the legs to collapse. I could have purchased 3 large black hoses much cheaper to do the same thing.
Flawed construction

I purchased two panels. The first panel failed at the leg connection. It leaked for awhile before it finally cracked all the way through. The second panel explosively failed at the leg connection three weeks later. Same problem on both panels, definitely a design/ manufacturing flaw

I have two of these in series on my 8' x 30" pool. I have a timer that turns the pump on at 10:30 and off at 6:30. I live in Tampa, so the pool temp is 90-95 at turn off.
