Easy installation, works well

Used to have a really cheap Chinese tach (the one linked, but I got it from AliExpress), which was slow to respond to changes in rpm. This one responds quickly and appears to be quite accurate. Installation in my Peugeot 205 wasn't that hard, backlighting is subtle enough that it illuminates the tach clearly, but doesn't blind you at night. Really happy with it.

sbc 350 with hei worked perfectly. It helped me fix alot of issues my idle was set to around 500rpm without being in drive. I was trying to figure out why it was dying.

Works great. No problems with unit except the dial is recessed enough that you must have it adjusted so you look directly at it. if not, you will not see all of the display. Not a big deal.

I installed this on my VW Camper Van and it was a great install. The face is small enough that it could fit between the A pillar and the dash cluster. It wired nicely and was very self explanatory. Just remember to thread the nut onto the wire loom FIRST before making all the connections. *DOH* I had to do it twice because of this little set back, however that was OK.
I like that it sets to "0" when the engine is off. My other tach does not do that so this is refreshing. The unit feels fit and well built. The back light is decent and works well to light the face. The red line is easy to set and effective as a marker for your limit.
Overall, this was a good purchase. I look forward to purchasing another one.

works great. used it to replace my cheap Harbor Freight Tach that stopped working after 6mths. hoping this one lasts a LOT longer
