I did find a way to have the lights remain on when the load is on
Frank Gibson•July 28, 2016
It's not a bad timer. It works as a timer. The only odd thing is the lights.
Mine would flash the LED when a time is selected and then the LED would turn off and remain off.
Instructions said they will stay on, and in fact the LED will stay on after the load is shut off. I guess this shows the next user which time interval was previously selected? Weird, but ok.
I could never get that to work, but I did find a way to have the LED remain on when the load is on. Hold the 5 and 10 minute buttons, simultaneously for about 6 seconds. All lights will flash twice confirming change. Now the selected time will remain lit until the time runs out.

Best Count Down Timer Ever

Installed over two years ago. It gets used often every day as it is in the main guest bathroom. Very simple installation instructions. I use it on a 300 cfm bathroom fan. It is simple to operate and such a convince to set it, leave it to shut off minutes or hours after leaving the room. Even my hard headed guest learned to use it on their own terms.
