Installers sent out that do not know how to install appliances.

I was charged $249.00 for the replacement and the installers did not know what they were doing or how to install the appliances I has to call the gas company because my laundry room was filled with gas from the dryer that was not installed correctly. The installers also forgot to turn the water back on when they hooked up the washer, I had to turn the water on and the washer shakes and moves when the wash cycle is on. They did not install the dryer hose correctly I had to reinstall it myself, if you touch the dryer hose it would come apart.

Love these appliances! I read all the reviews, and these appeared to be the best, so I ordered them. So far, so good. I purchased the large capacity so I could wash rugs and king size bedspreads without going to the commercial size washer and dryers. So far the units have handled the very heavy bedspreads just fine. I have yet to wash the rug, but will post when I do.

Setting up this service through Amazon Home was a breeze but the vendor themselves were problematic. In the end the service provided and the technician was exactly what i wanted, but along the way there were significant hiccups.
1) Thank goodness for Amazon.....I was never contacted by the vendor to confirm my appointment. That only came through Amazon.
2) On the day of the appointment the vendor did not show up or call. When I called them, they were super apologetic but still seemed to not have a handle on things. They promised to call me back that evening to let me know what available appointment times they had in the next 24 hours.....didn't receive that call back but again received a notice from Amazon that my appointment time had been rescheduled. Mind you, they never verified that I was available for the new appointment time. Luckily I was.
3) My confirmed appointment time was a three hour window, and the technician called me at the very end of that window to tell me he was running late (which i'd already figured out). Once he arrived, he was extremely personable and knowledgeable and the service was excellent.
