I replaced the worn out tuners on my vintage Yamaha GC-5 which had the standard 35mm spacing. It worked as well as the more expensive Gotoh and Sloan tuners I have on my handmade guitars. No slop and very smooth. Nice bright gold finish - perhaps too much bling on my old guitar - now I wished I ordered the antique bronze version. I ordered the folding guitar lap support device from this company before and it was also excellent.

One of the tuning peg rods (the part the string winds around) stripped out on me the second time tuning it. The string was flat, so it wasn't a tension thing. Worked fine the first time around. But broke the second (!!!) time using it. I took the gear off to make sure, and sure enough, it's useless. Pretty bummed about this, considering I really liked the design and was willing to pay more for it. Cause I sure wasn't paying for the quality. Don't buy these.

So yea I received the tuner s fairly quick. The product made in Taiwan are good solid and tight. nice adjustment no squeak or slip./// If you tighten the little screws on the peg buttons the adjustment will tighten too. A small pair of plyers work. My classical Sigma // Martin from the 80's is so much better now. BIG difference to keep it in tune. plus a looks improvement by far. // Jeff c. // Tnxz a bunch
