I use this for iced tea. It actually tastes like blueberries! I'm using it as a replacement for Dunkin Donuts blueberry flavoring since they are discontinuing it. Or at least they were when I bought this.

So delicious! I love blueberry coffee from Dunkin Donuts and 7-11 and now I can make it at home! You need a lot more of this than I realized when I ordered but now that I've got the hang of it I will buy bigger bottles.

I went low carb about six weeks ago and that meant giving up my favorite coffee creamer, so I've been looking for alternatives to add a little flavor to my iced coffee.
I'll start by saying the blueberry flavor itself is excellent, but the alcohol taste is too overpowering and it takes away from the taste of the blueberry.

Not the taste I was expecting. I saw other reviewers say that the flavor is more appropriate for baked pastries and I would have to agree to an extent. The 2nd ingredient listed is alcohol and it really stands out and makes the flavoring taste very artificial as opposed to a natural blueberry taste. I was intending to use this flavoring for tea but it just didn't taste right. However, I tried using just a few drops in an 8oz tea and it added a nice subtle flavor to it that I did enjoy. I would be willing to try other flavors by the company.

Although the flavor threw my off at first when I tried it. I think I was expecting a sugary blueberry despite the words "unsweetened" on the item description. I tried it in my coffee this morning and it was amazing. I cannot wait to try it with different things! I am so happy with my purchase and the personalized note was so nice! They seem like they will actually care about the feedback I give them. Will buy again.
