I originally gave this bag five stars because it was freaking great at first. Now, however, after two and a half months of just carrying my lunch in it to work it is falling apart. The material they used to make this bag is horrible. It is some kind of mesh sprayed with a layer of plastic that is now coming off in huge pieces. It is literally see through in these spots. I kept seeing plastic stuff in my bag at the end of the day when I would pack it for the next day and didn't realize what was happening. When I looked at it with a flashlight I was astounded at the holes all through it. Being a black bag it is not easily noticeable, but wowww, with a light its terrible. I will take some pictures and include them tomorrow. So disappointed.

I have had this for 2 days and it ripped already. Took it to range, bag wasn't even half full and it ripped. I would give this zero stars if I could. Terrible bag.

Set it down on my carpeted floor and one of the plastic feet broke off... Now there's a big hole in the bottom of the duffle bag... Absolutely unacceptable. It's unfortunate that something made in USA is of such poor quality. I'd pay extra for something made in USA but if they can't get better quality what's the point. Hoping they will respond to my message and take care of the problem.

Update** They took back their defective POS but then decided that after I PAID to send it back, they wanted to charge be $10 to restock that POS! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILL NEVER USE THIS SELLER EVER AGAIN.

After having this bag for less than a year, the stitching on the top next to the big side pockets, are coming off thus creating a big hole. :-/ I have not abused this bag one bit. Disappointed! See attached photos!

I ordered this fella for my dad for a christmas present. He loved it as his bag was ripping apart. This bag is sturdy for his weekend getaways, and he even took it on the plane- no problems. Seems to be well built on the zipper portion, although I took note to check the bottom as some people mentioned it was a weak bottom. It is a weak bottom, but it hasn't caused any problems thus far so I am not going to complain about that. Definitely a sharp looking bag, and the material is sturdy enough to be thrown around by TSA. Has nice velcroing handles or a strap, and so many pockets and compartments it will make your head spin! Recommended to those looking for a nice bag to pack along with you on trips or to the gym.
