Does everything you need it to do, simple to wire. One of the zone relays worked backwards-damper open it should be closed, and vice versa. I just reversed the wires and it works ok. No outdoor temp sensor, so you can't switch from heat pump to back up, which leads to some very long cycles. For this reason, I would not buy it again. But it's a lot simpler and less expensive than, say, honeywell.
