Fair warning -- there are no instructions included. Former bicycle mechanic though, so it was easy enough to figure out. Requires a lot of futzing with the mounting points to get it to ride right. Also not happy with the security of the clamps on top. It bounced into a different position on the rack after going over a small bump and started dragging the spokes. A couple of zip ties fixed that, but made the quick removal feature useless.
On the big plus side, the folding top and buckle system does a very good job of keeping dirt and dust out. My 15" laptop bag fits nicely, with room for a change of warm weather clothes.

It's an adorable bag. The pink monster was instantly loved by my little one. However, the bag is much smaller than expected. It does not fit a standard binder. It is useful for kid's knick knacks, etc.

Excellent bag for your price. Completely waterproff. Just would suggest the strap that goes to the seat cane to be a little shorter, nevertheless is managable.
