I got this baby for my 9 year old for Christmas. I looked online at a bunch of dolls. I looked for over a month before deciding on this baby. She is weighted to feel real. She looks real (not quite as real as the picture shows). My daughter is very picky about her dolls. And she takes very good care of them. The hair on this one is great for my daughter because she is very careful. But I can see how it could look ratty if not cared for. We both love this baby and I am glad we went with this one.
