I've used saf instant for years. Its my go to for all my baking that required yeast. Easy to use, measure and store. Keeps well in the fridge or freezer.

Love this yeast. I bake bread several days a week and this is my go-to yeast for quick breads *and* longer proofs. The only time I've had a bad loaf with it is when I used cold ingredients for a quick bread. If you do mostly sweet/enriched breads like dessert breads or brioche then get the gold label instead. Highly recommended.

Order these to save money over local store. Put one unopened package in the freezer and half of the other bag too. Kept the other part in the fridge to use as I bake. Great price and easy to use instead I f action be dry yeast
