These are great; now I have multiple sizes of ladles to choose from. They have nice long handles for tall pots and the stainless steel is great for putting them through the dishwasher.

I've wanted a stainless steel, eight-ounce ladle for a very long time. When searching for one on Amazon I found several at reasonable prices. I also found these for only a dollar or two more. So, I figured, "Why not have four ladles for almost the same price?" That is where my mistake was made. Yes, these are stainless steel, but in what I am sure is a much thinner gauge than those other eight-ounce ladles that cost almost as much as these four. Unfortunately, the cost to return these in exchange for just one large gauge, eight-ounce ladle isn't fiscally responsible. I will make do with these, but not happily.
