I bought this for my daughter who is in a play. It arrived all bent and misshaped. I got it wet to reshape it and although it is better, there are still spots that are not smoothing out. I'm disappointed. It came in a box big enough to easily accommodate it, but it looked like it was previously smashed.
Update: it has since dried and is still very misshapen. It is completely unusable.
Update: the vendor refunded the purchase price and said not to bother sending the hat back. Very professional. We found another solution and may consider this vendor as an option in the future.

Very cute hat with multiple choice of styles, but came smushed and with an unattached ribbon. I steamed the hat back into to shape and had to tact the ribbon on with needle and thread. Overall I am satisfied with this hat, but wish it had come ready to wear.

I have had many compliments on my hat. I just wish the vendor would not have folded it for shipping. It did leave a crease all the way across but I believe with time it may come out.

It was rolled up when it arrived in package - complete with wrinkles. The wrinkles won't come out - and the brim will not lie straight. The ribbon won't stay where it's supposed to stay. I thought about returning it but decided to keep it and just wear it to keep the sun off my head rather than as a fashion statement.
