I'm 5'6", 125lbs, 34C, and I regularly wear smalls. In fact, I don't remember the last time I bought another size. When something is labelled "one size fits all," I expect that I will at least be able to get it on without feeling completely squished. This is NOT suitably sized for any reasonably sized adult woman, let alone having any claim to being "one size fits all."

Very very small. I'm usually a medium, sometimes a large, as I'm busty, but this was so tight it made even more lumps and bumps by squeezing me like a sausage. Not attractive at all.
Look for different tank/Cami that actually has sizes unless your small chested and a size XS.
