Easy to connect pieces for projects. Nice informative booklet with fun projects to use with included elements. My son loves it and will work on projects and creating his own projects for hours.

I actually purchased this for my girlfriend who saw that I bought a similar (same brand) product for my grandkids. She wanted to learn about physics and electronics, but not in a formal way.

We construct the various " experiments" much like we're working together on a jigsaw puzzle. It's great fun and educational as well.

The kit is very well constructed and designed to make it easy to put each circuit together. Personally, I wish it had more in the way of scientific explanations for the functional components of integrated circuits. But, even so, it serves as a great introduction to how electronic circuits function, and after all, it's main intent and purpose is for a curiously-minded child's toy.

This snap circuit is great my kids 8-13 love to create these using the easy to follow instructions.

As a mechanical engineer, I am thoroughly enjoying this. I'm very happy I had an 8-yr-old to buy it "for" - hehe. He likes it a lot too, though.

I love how many things you can do with so few pieces and the original packaging is easy to use for storage, too (from the mom perspective). Each item has a spot in the plastic insert. It took a fairly decent spill, so a couple of pieces are cracked, but they still work just fine! I wouldn't recommend for kids much under the 7/8 yr old range because electricity is a fairly complicated topic and you can short pieces out if connected incorrectly and powered on. The instructions are well put together, and the concepts can be more deeply understood as they age. I love that they include so much basic concept knowledge (worded very well for the target audience) and encourage creativity outside of the instructions. This one will be around for a long time.
