We ordered two of these for our kids rooms and one came without any hardware. At all. We can't assemble it and she's sleeping on the floor. The company would not expedite the tools. We went to a hardware store to get the needed screws and they are very specific so you can't purchase them. Very unhappy.
The other one that came with them looks great but The wood is split putting one of the screws in. It's not a dealbreaker but I'm not that happy.

Bought 2 for my twins' bedroom. They love the beds and it gives them so much more space to play. They are a simple yet sturdy design. I love that the ladders feel solid and are at an angle. The safety rails are a great height. There were a couple of dings and scratches (we bought white) but we figured they were going into a bedroom with boys so they wouldn't be prestine for long anyway. I wish there were extra wood slats at the foot and head of the mattress. Sometimes the corner of the mattress gets pushed down where the boys climb up. We are going to the hardware store to have some extra wood cut to better brace the edge of the mattresses. Knocking off 1 star for being chinsy on number of slats, otherwise they are awesome.

I bought my 12 year old daughter this and she loves it. When it arrived it came about 10 days before it was supposed to. And had a little damage from Shipping which I had expected. I put it together by myself in about an hour and a half I'm pretty strong and I am a mechanic by trade, I would recommend to people for assembly found myself needing an extra hand here and there but I managed. It's pretty sturdy it looks good I would recommend it.
