Really effective at whitening. Of course, to use this, you need a mold of your teeth, which you can get from your dentist, for a cost. Prior to buying Nite White on Amazon, I'd been buying it from my dentist, at a significantly more expensive cost. This is very affordable on Amazon, and it's always well within the expiration dates for effectiveness. Right now I'm on a schedule to whiten one night every two weeks, and the results show. Love this stuff.

This whitener has helped me maintain my teeth's whiteness. My teeth are as white as they were four years ago after I had whitening treatment done.

I have used this and it seems to work nicely, even after only a week of application. My teeth began to darken, though, after I stopped. You need to keep at it and then go off it awhile and then start using it again if you want your teeth to stay white.
