I have used this cabling on multiple installs and have yet to have an issue with it. Don't believe there is going to be a longevity issue with the cabling, but can't stand to spend at least twice the amount of money for what appears to be the same spec and quality of cable at the local security supply company.

From a previous question I asked about this product which was answered incorrectly, this is low quality wire, it is copper coated aluminum, not true copper wire.
Nowhere in description or printed on box does it make any mention of it. I guess the price should say it for itself. Cheap junk.

RG59 security cable with power

I bought this to wire up security cameras in my shed. It is nice to have power and video in one cable. The box dispenses very nicely and easily. I used almost the whole box and I am pleased with the performance as I have no interference from nearby electrical sources.

I have use this cable for while now and I will continue to use it. The cable it's strong and the power will not strip from shield all you need it's cut a little from the coax and will seperate easy.
