Wish it didn't have the safety button, but it works very well. Currently using this for work purposes (light duty) and to cut pallets for fire wood at home. Will keep this along with a few batteries and charger in the truck when going camping. Very handy. Recommend purchasing a heavy duty corded version for extended use at home or work.

This is as good as it gets for cordless! I bought this and threw a battery in it the second it was delivered. I was in the middle of redoing the plumbing on an in ground pool so I used this with a metal blade and cut right through 1" pvc and copper pipes with ease. As always, the blades you buy are more important to cut speed and quality than your tool in most cases. This isn't dewalt but it's also a mere fraction of the price of a dealt sawzall. I'm not a contractor who beats the life out of his tools, but I use this saw several times a week and I have had no problems. I expect it to keep up with all of my other craftsman cordless tools which haven't let me down yet and they are doing on 10 years old. A must have for your collection!
