i have big arms and although these are for your legs i wear them on my arms i need an arm lift bad and have lots of extra skin my right arm measures at 22-24 inch and left at 18-19 inches i ordered a medium and it fits left arm perfect my right arm i need a large but it works for now and at least i dont look like im about to fly wearing a tank top in public --o and it give a little compression i guess the material isnt very giving at all so it dont really steatch at all if your legs have a jello effect when you walk these will correct it which is good overall i like them gave 4 star because the material isnt strechy or giving at all
