The cd/DVD player in my old Samsung laptop broke. Didn't want to buy a new computer yet so tried this instead. So glad I did. Works just as intended.

It worked fine for about 5 film views and then the slot for the DVD wouldn't stay shut anymore. So much for that. Are products expected to be disposable?

This thing works great. I wasn't expecting it to be as tiny as it was, the last one I had was much larger even though the picture looked smaller. Works with my dell laptop without any issue and seems to be fairly durable.
