Worked great for a couple months but then the dial stopped working and was always on the highest setting whenever plugged in.

False advertisement: Continuous Heat (does not cut off and on when set to Hi Setting) . Actually, it does. On high the red light will click off and on, and the burner will start to cool. It does exactly what it says it doesn't do.

This product works well if you have a gas stove and can't put hookah coals on it. It's also very portable if you take your hookah to parties or gatherings
