Top Quality, It can hold my 150+ lb bag AND ME, 165lbs~. Needless to say it will never fall down without you taking it down, perfect mounting hardware for any type of heavy bag.

First, I would like to thank the company for the hand written note. A big thank you with a smiley face. That was a nice touch. Kinda like Chic-Fil-A saying my pleasure. I had my heavy bag hanging without this...once i had it up...wow! Big difference. It is a lot bigger and way more heavy duty then the pictures show. It took only a few minutes to install. Thanks Firstlaw Fitness for the note and great great product.

I highly recommend for any bag over 70 lbs. I use it with a 100 Title body dummy bag.

I almost returned this mount because it seemed to simple to hold my 100lb bag on a finished garage ceiling. After a more expensive wall mount failed, I pulled this out of the return package and installed it in a fit of frustration. Holy cow this is a great mount! Holds the bag like a champ with the included hardware. I did add a spring to help take some pressure off the joist. Great buy!
