A bit involved to assemble but it went well. All pieces were present and fit well except I had to purchase bolts to mount the tv (cost about 36 cents).
After assembly this cart is extremely stable and solid with my Samsung 55" on it. It rolls very smoothly and the locking wheels are easy to engage.
