You get a tasty meal in just 4 minutes in the microwave. I serve it over a layer of Ben's Rice and some soy sauce. The meal and package of rice yields 2 good sized portions. I highly recommend for non-cooks like myself. One change I make to the directions: I do not rinse the vegetables as instructed. Just a matter of personal taste.
